Canadian born artist Shawna Wright paints birds using watercolor. Her paintings are easily recognized by her handwritten Bible Promises. Shawna has never taken classes or online tutorials. Her techniques are unique, not what you would normally expect with watercolor.Shawna home schooled both their daughters and assists her husband Troy with their kitchen cabinet business. When the girls grew up and left home she began praying for God to give her a ministry -- something she could do for Him. With absolutely no art background at all, she began painting birds with Bible Promises. Two months later the first of her collection of annual calendars was published.
